At Pickleball Paddles US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all paddles. If your new equipment doesn't perfectly match your playing style, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure you stay competitive on the court.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the paddle in its original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
